Most TUDCA sells at 250mg a capsule, and most "500mg" labels quietly ask you to swallow two. Ours puts a full 500mg of tauroursodeoxycholic acid in every single capsule. There are just three things in it: one active, one food-based filler and one plant capsule.

It's made by bonding pharmaceutical-grade taurine to UDCA and crystallised again and again for purity. It's then vacuum-dried at low heat, filled in a humidity-controlled room, and sealed with a desiccant, because real TUDCA pulls moisture from the air. HPLC testing confirms what's in every batch. There's no toxic fillers and no guesswork.

A lot of bergamot supplements never tell you what's actually inside. Ours puts 600mg of full-spectrum bergamot fruit extract in every capsule, standardised to 30% polyphenolic flavanones: 180mg you can count on.

We list them by name: neohesperidin, naringin, neoeriocitrin, and the two found in bergamot and almost nowhere else, brutieridin and melitidin. It comes in a vegetarian capsule with a little rice flour, taken once a day for 60 days.

Black seed oil is only as good as its thymoquinone. That's why ours is cold-pressed and left unrefined, preserving the oil's full spectrum, and then standardised to 3–5% thymoquinone. That gives you 30–50mg in every 1,000mg softgel. We add 5mg of black pepper extract, and natural mixed tocopherols help keep the oil fresh. It's one softgel a day, with no oily spoonfuls and no aftertaste.
