Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Kinetic Forward LLC provides technical, operational, and marketing services in connection with the Website, and is the seller of record for orders delivered outside the UK and EU.
"Pureclinica" is a brand name and related intellectual property owned by Kinetic Forward LLC.
Pureclinica EU OÜ is the responsible food business operator for products placed on the UK and EU markets.
Customer service may be carried out by either company or by authorised service providers on behalf of the seller of record. Whoever answers your email, the seller of record for your order remains responsible for that order.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency between the two companies beyond what is described here.
You must be at least 18 to buy from us.
You may not use the Website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
The Website and its content are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
Our products are food supplements and cosmetic products. They are not medicines.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Information on the Website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescribed medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Stop using a product and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
Product images are illustrative. We may change formulations, specifications, and packaging, and the product you receive may differ in presentation from the images shown. Where a formulation change is material, we will reflect it on the product page.
We take care to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that every description is complete or error-free. Always read the label before use.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we reasonably suspect the order is for resale. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
If an item becomes unavailable we will tell you and, where we can, offer an alternative. If you do not want the alternative, we cancel and refund that item.
We do not accept orders from dealers, wholesalers, or customers intending to resell. Trade enquiries should go to sales@pureclinica.com.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our UK store and in euro on our EU store, and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you want the item at the correct price or prefer to cancel.
Delivery timescales given on the Website are estimates. We deliver to the destinations shown at checkout.
Goods are at your risk from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
If nobody is available to take delivery, the carrier will follow its normal procedure for redelivery or collection.
Some products may not be available in every country because of local regulatory requirements. Availability is shown at checkout.
Your right to cancel, our voluntary 60-day return policy, and how refunds work are set out in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In summary: if you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel most distance purchases, subject to the hygiene exception for sealed goods that have been opened. Separately, we accept returns for 60 days under our own policy.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, or equivalent consumer protection law in the EU. Those rights are in addition to anything in these terms and are not limited by them.
In short, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that we will repair or replace, and if that fails you may be entitled to a refund. We pay return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Our products are sold for personal use. Reselling Pureclinica-branded products — including on Amazon, eBay, TikTok, or any other marketplace — without our prior written authorisation is not permitted.
Where we find unauthorised resale, we may cancel orders, close accounts, refuse future orders, and take legal action to protect our trade marks and brand, including claiming damages and seeking injunctive relief.
If you send us reviews, photographs, questions, or other material, you confirm it is yours to share and does not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in connection with the Website and our marketing. We may edit for length or clarity. Personal information in submissions is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Testimonials describe individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for storing material you send us — keep your own copies.
Our social media pages are hosted by third-party platforms with their own terms and privacy policies. Comments posted by users are their own views. Please report offensive content to the platform, and to us at sales@pureclinica.com.
The Website links to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
Payments are handled by third-party providers including PayPal, Klarna, and card gateways. We share the information necessary to process your payment, as described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to the payment service.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
We do not supply products for business use. We have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend delivery times or, if the delay is substantial, let you cancel for a full refund.
We may change these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed.
Email sales@pureclinica.com with your order number and we will reply within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, UK consumers may seek advice from Citizens Advice, and EU consumers may contact their national consumer protection body.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we do not insist on you meeting an obligation, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not prevent us enforcing them later.
These terms are between you and the seller of record. No other person has rights to enforce them.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
