Ashwagandha is offered here as ZenVedha, a root-only extract, and two things set it apart: it is standardised to 5% withanolides, and it is a 20:1 extract equal to 12,000mg of raw ashwagandha, with Withaferin A kept below 0.1%. Root-only sourcing is stated plainly, rather than the cheaper leaf used elsewhere.

Each 600mg capsule includes 5mg of vitamin B6 at 357% NRV, which contributes to normal psychological function, to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. ZenVedha is made with a balanced water-and-ethanol extraction that captures both water- and fat-soluble compounds, then dried at low heat.
